I was walking back to my car after seeing a Mr Boland of South Coast towing and Recovery backing up to my car. I proceeded to ask him what he was doing. He told me I was being towed for parking in the grass. I asked if I could move my vehicle. He told me I could not cause I was already hooked up and then he locked the wheels in place. I asked why he did this and was told that how was he to know I was the owner. I had also informes Mr Boland that I had no idea that where wasn't allowed seeing that a the Carnes Crossing neighborhood did not have any signs up telling that. After and argument I ended up paying a, in my opinion, over charged 150.00 to the shark. Predatory towing at its finest.
