I have been going through a Warranty claim with this company for months. They charged us to have mattress tech inspect the mattress. This company said the Serta mattress did not meet there criteria to be replaced. The mattress has a huge soft spot on one side. I have contacted the company via phone internet, never a return phone call. I have also contacted Serta via online complaint form... Guess No phone call back, no email. My next step will be certified mail and then small claims court. I will never purchase another Serta product or have any dealings with Mattress One. A warranty is only as good as the people behind it. They all suck.
