Did typesetting for Victor J. Cipolla of the NewCom Group for a Who's Who Client. Had a contract for payment arrangements. First half of payment arrangements were made then Victor J. Cipolla decided to stop paying recently for no other reason than to buy his new fiance a very expensive engagement ring from Hannoush Jewelers located here in Albany, NY. (I have the proof of that). Mr. Cipolla's excuse for not honoring the contract and not making payments was because he just didn't feel like it and buying his new fiance a custom made engagement ring was much more of a priority. I now have to take Mr. Cipolla to court to get the money owed us. Ridiculous!
