Mismatched furniture, recalls, terrible customer service! Via Walmart io

We bought these two pieces from Walmart as we are expecting a baby girl next month. We did read the disclaimer that states the colors may vary slightly. Please trust me when I tell you after putting these items together, there is NOTHING "slight" about the difference. We are so disappointed! I'm not sure why anyone would sell these pieces as a matching set when they clearly do not match. It took my husband hours to put these things together. The crib was chipped which we decided we could live with, and the dresser was a terrible pain, he even hand to sand a piece of it to make it fit!

But most importantly, after all of that they look terrible next to each other. Like we mixed and matched cheap garage sale furniture!

I would very much like to know exactly what you intend to do for us at this point. Do you really think it is fair that now we would have to take all of this back apart, return it, and assemble something different?!
You should really be ashamed of the products you are selling in this economy. You should consider yourself lucky to have people spending this kind of money on your brand, but instead you are selling us mismatched and recalle d p roducts. An d p lease do not get me started on the box of Simplicity "soft" Fabric Softener that I just threw away after using one sheet! The whole load of laundry felt like sandpaper!

I expect a response immediately so I know what to do with this garbage!

When I tried to reply to tell her this was unacceptable, the email was returned as undeliverable!
