I have been with Tmobile for many years and always using voice plan only. But two months ago, they turned on internet plan for $50 a month. But I never requested that service or gave any approval to that service. I am not aware that service it on at all.
My cell phone use internet at home or office because both places had WIFI installed.
When I found out this and called Tmobile, they acknowledge I never asked or gave approval to turn on the internet data plan and they stopped that service. But they refused to refund the unwanted service which are two month, $100. THis is a CRIME of TMOBILE.
