Signed up for Blooms Rewards (even after seeing all the complaints), so I could buy some flowers for a little less $ online and delivered. I even read the policy, knowing that I had to cancel after 20~ days.
After 20 days and before 30 days, I called to cancel (Blooms Rewards doesn't let you cancel online). I talked to an older lady who tried to get me to stay with the subscription, but I ensured her that I wanted to cancel. She confirmed that my subscription was cancelled. I've been charged twice the last 2 months from "ID Protection" (Blooms Rewards). The BBB will definitely be getting a call from me.
