When I first came to this store, the women working there acted as though they cared about satisfying me. They pretended they did, and told me that they wanted to make me happy so that I would return for future visits. Once they had my money (I prepaid for the dresses) that attitude completely changed. Now that they had my money, they felt it was fine to treat me like crap and give me less than what I paid for.
When I went in to pick up the dress after the alterations had been made I was not satisfied. There was an absurd amount of beads falling off the dress, and there were holes in the fabric. I asked for them to be fixed, but was told that they could not deal with me until after Eid. I was made to take the dress home, and told to come back after Eid to fix it.
Well, after I took it home, I didn't want them to say that these were things that I had done, so I took it right back to the store - less than half a day later (and I never took it out of the bag).
