I ordered a prescription from MyDreamRx.com.
They double billed me. The money is already withdrawn from my account $314.00.
Though they all ready had charged me double for my purchase my order showed in the track an order section as waiting for a doctor's approval before being shipped. How can they legally charge me if the order is not approved?
I emailed Customer Service and received an automated response. I emailed Technical Support and that email bounced back as an invalid email address.
I called Customer Service and was on hold for the next representative for 3 hours. I tried other options on their phone and none worked or were unresponsive.
I checked my order status on their phone option of "tracking status" and the response was that the order number came up as invalid.
