I placed an order with Pond and Landscape Solutions, Inc. On 9-5-11. Began trying to contact their Customer Service two weeks later. They note that they can only be reached via email address. I have contacted them three separate times inquiring about my order. To date, no response. Cannot find a telephone number registered to this company.
