I had been a customer of Pond&Landscape Solutions for a number of years now so when my order never arrived I sent them e-mails and made a couple of phone calls, none of which were answered. I just happened to come across this site because it came up because someone else had entered their name becacause the same thing happened to them. I reported it to my credit card company and they said they would investigate the situation.
