When I ordered a childrens book from www.netStoreUSA.com on Feb. 22 I received a very fast Order Confirmation and a day or so later a shipment confirmation. 2 weeks later... No book. I wrote their contact e-mail.
Within a few days I received the response that the shipment had been damaged and they had "resent" my book. (It wasn't clear what shipment had been damaged, to me or to them).
Last week I emailed them again... March 31st... Still no book. A few days later I emailed again. Today... I emailed again.
No answer to my final emails and I even noted that I would be reporting them here at the ripoff site and also to the FBI Internet Fraud Task Force.
If I go to their webpage and enter my order number... I get the info on my order however the "tracking #" is blank. This tells me they never shipped the book. I wish I had noticed this on the original email and checked for a tracking number then. I might have been able to get my money back.
By the way... On your credit card this company shows up as Open Communications.
