Double charged my credit card for a (single) book order that was never delivered

I ordered a technical book from NetStoreUSA on 10 Jan.

On 11 Jan Open Media Pty Ltd charged my credit card for the cost of the book - Aus$148.00. On the 14 Jan Open Media Pty Ltd made a second charge to my credit card for the same amount of Aus$148.00. Hence I was double charged for the same book.

Have sent at least 15 e-mails to the company requesting that the company reverse the second charge and if they cannot honour the order, refund my money. All e-mails bar one, where I received an automated response, were ignored.

The company's actions are entirely dishonest, they have not only stolen my money but have blatantly breached their own code of business practice which is clearly written on their Web page.

I have noticed that my order number 369571, detailing my order, has been removed from their database so there is now no record from their side of my order. They obviously think they are beyond reproach - I hope this is not so. Fortunately I have the Open Group order confirmation that was sent to me after placing the order. That at least is some form of proof that the order was placed.
