I ordered a book thru amazon.com from rayriling over the internet. Order date: june 21. Order#: 058-5494930-155392. Book is worldwide webley: and the harrington and richardson connection. Price $ 49.95 plus shipping. I used a $ 50 dollar gift certificate. Rayriling advert indicated book (used) was available for shipment. Then they sent estimate of shipping dates. Book was not received so I emailed rayriling. No response. Next I left a message on their telephone. No response. I called again today but no answer. I would not have ordered the book if I knew I would get poor service plus not even the courtesy of a reply.
