I requested to cancel my membership with Architect & Designers' book club after realizing that they were not processing my requests to refuse monthly mailings of books. I would fill out my request asking the company not send any books the day that I received my mailings from them and mailed them back immediately. The continued to send books anyway.
After my request to cancel, I began receiving a set of books every week. I received a total of 3 packages within a 4 week period. I then responded to Architect & Designer with a letter of complaint and a request to resolve the issue because the post office rate to return said items was rediculous. A&D responded to my request by sending me one return label.
I sent one of the packages back with a request for more labels as the post office would not allow me to mail all 3 packages back with only one label. To date, A&D has not credited the returned package to my account, nor have they sent additional mailing labels.in addition, they have now reported my account to North Shore Agency, INC in an attempt to collect.
