I am a poor college student who scrounged for the money I needed to buy what I thought was the cheapest book I could find. Phatcampus was to the rescue! Until I placed my order with my debit card (which got charged that day), got order confirmation and a promise that my book will be shipped within 7 business days. I tried to track my shipment, like the website stated I could do. All I got was "there is no tracking information available". So, I emailed "[email protected]" several times wanting to know where my book or my money is. No response. I finally found a phone number to call. 866-659-1233. Nice, "1233" sounds like a nice fake number! I left a message because all that picked up was an answering machine telling me to provide the same info I did in my e-mails and that someone would contact me shortly. That was 4 days ago. No one has contacted me, I still do not have my book or my money.
