I ordered a book through Amazon, i queryed on a certain ISBN the bookgrove responded. They supply no tracking numbers, when i contacted them to find out the status of shipment all they did was refer me back to the general message of the general shipment dates, all the other books i ordered through amazon supplied a tracking number.
So when i recieved the book in the mail, it was the wrong book altogether. So i contacted bookgrove and they said that is what i ordered. So i sent the book back, i ask them to reimburse the my shipping charges they refused said it was my fault for ordering the wrong book, they continued to have a conversation with me through email that was not professional at all. Unbelievable, i told them i was reporting them they did not seem to care. I will not use this company again no matter how much of a savings they give me. I will let all my people know about them too.
Its funny i ordered the book from another source and i got the right book, and a tracking number and recieved the book in 2 days.
I hope the bookgrove is another business that folds.
