Liberty wireless charged me for 120 airtime minutes for a web service that they DO NOT EVEN OFFER. When I emailed them regarding the matter they of course 'passed the buck' to the mythical billing department. They would not disclose any phone numbers or names. I have emailed them countless times and get the same response everytime, that the billing department is handling it.
In addition to my frustrations, they have offered me a 'courtesy' credit of 60 minutes. This of course does not compensate as they RIPPED ME OFF for 120 minutes.
The last person that I spoke with refused to give me to a supervisor, refused to give me the name of the CEO, refused to give the name of in house council and essentially hung up on me. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the Maryland Attorney General's office. I suggest anyone that must to deal with them on this level do the same.
