Ripoff Prepaid wireless should not be this difficult

Liberty Wireless is certainly a rip off. I agree with the previous complaint report. There is absolutely no way to contact any live body in their billing department.

The customer service group always blames this "billing department" for delays in service, but their only communication to this billing department is via some sort of message system or request/reveiw system. Katinna, don't complain about not being able to get a supervisor, I've talked with several and they are totally powerless, and I question even if it is an actual supervisor I've spoken with because they DO NOTHING!

They are inflexible as it relates to billing cycles, they take forever to credit their errors (7-10 business days) and have no way of updating you on status of such requests due to the apparent island castle their billing department exists in. I want to assist in filing a suit against them. Sprint is their carrier and although Sprint has changed their peak times to begin at 7pm on weekdays, they still have not adapted this policy. Liberty is still at 9pm.

They interrupt service at the drop of a dime, but take forever to reinitiate service... It's done on their on sweet time. Basically, they suck and I want my money back, and the world to know they suck. Prepaid wireless should not be this difficult.
