Liberty Wireless must be the single-most evil wireless company to exist. They charge random fees to your bank account, and when you attempt to call them about it, you're left on hold for more than an hour, or you're simply told to call back later. They offer no e-mail address, and their customer service representatives are short, rude, and probably told to get you off the phone ASAP.
I'm currently on hold (half hour now) trying to find out why my bank account was charged $20 in addition to my monthly fee. If I do not get refunded for "services not on your account" I will be searching for both a new wireless company, and a class action lawsuit I can join against Liberty Wireless.
