No help with return

I delivered a product over 41 days before, after I telephone them, i obtain the same reaction, "delay a couple of days more"! Delivered more than 7 emails, they replied once! I applied the tag which was incorporated with my purchase, and shipped it at my local article office. They won't assist m, elizabeth within this issue.
