I received a charge to my debit card (a brand new card, btw) from a company allegedly named Fitness Vigor. (it's NOT Fitness Vigor!) If you click on the bank link for further information, the name is cited as Private Deals Today. I reached out to Fitness Vigor, and made and "assumption" out of myself, to find out they have no affiliation with the charge, and they've been receiving calls for this same scam relentlessly.
I did a reverse lookup of the number in my Bank's details, and learned that the charges came from an alleged company named Private Deals Today, phone 605-741-4799. This number is linked to a landline in Vermillion SD - owner of said phone number is McLeodUSA Telecommunications. If you dial the number, it switches you over to 877-579-9842, and goes to customer service where I couldn't get the name of the company, because they use the same "company" for many companies. I advised a charge was made to my account, and she wanted me to give her my information so she could credit my accout. Fool me once... I'll reverse the charge through my bank. All this it to say, the people at Fitness Vigor are not the scammers!
