They delivered my purchase (my birthday present to myself) minus my free Sephora personal gift, benefits, or free examples after which did not answer my emails towards the aid office. Not really to deliver the things in a later day. The benefits and freebies were virtually the only real cause to-order from sephora. They're expensive and also the material is nearly always easily available elsewhere. Our advice... Get elsewhere. They simply do not worry about their customers.
