I would never recommend using this company to anyone. After placing an order three weeks out and being assured repeatedly that my product would arrive on time for my event (even after calling several times the week before my event and the two days it was supposed to be delivered but wasn't), it never showed up. The company said there was a problem with shipping from overseas.
Okay, so these things happen. I figured I could just mail the party favors out after the event. Not ideal, but I could deal with it.
What was worse is that it is now over 4 weeks past my event, and I still have no party favors - I also have no information whatsoever on the status of my order and expected shipping despite multiple emails and calls over the last 4 weeks. The company has been completely unresponsive. When I do get a response over email, it's that they will call me soon (the next day even) - a week passes, and I hear nothing.
They charged my credit card the day I placed the order too, not when the product was produced and ready to be shipped out. I still don't know if it will ever arrive. After too many weeks of frustration, I have given up and emailed today to cancel my order. I am now awaiting a full refund of my account. We will see if that happens!
Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
