Last April, I placed an online order for staff appreciation gifts for my law firm. After starting the process, this company failed to provide time-sensitive correspondence regarding the finalization of the order and then promised to deliver expeditiously. They did NOT. I personally CANCELLED the order prior to production/delivery and demanded a FULL REFUND; this exchange was handled via online chat and email.
The last response i received from the "owner" was: "I again do apologize, and I will get you the full refund, it usually takes about 48 hrs, but I will put it through right away". We did not discover the charges until about a month ago, when reviewing our upcoming event based on last year's budget. We NEVER received the product that was ordered and cancelled, although we were charged $457.75 via a corporate American Express card before it even went to production. This company has been completely inaccessible via email, phone, "live chat" online, and fax.
Do not use this company!!! They are thieves!!!
