This company is a joke - they all lie to you.
I placed an order for $775 worth of logo tees for an event. I was told normal shipping was 5 to 7 days - i placed my order 3 weeks prior to the event - figures that I was plenty safe. I got a call saying my order was shipping - a week later no order - had to call about 10 times before someone called me back - only afer I threatened to cancel with my credit card company - was promised it was shipping she would get me a tracking number - no such thing-
Now it was 2 days before my event and for the third time I was told it was shipping - my event comes and goes - no shirts - I send an email telling them to cancel it - status still says in production even though I have been told it shipped 3 times. Mike responds saying it cant be canceleed it already shipped last week, he is trying to get the shipping number - 8 days later - no tracking number - no package - still says in production-They are all Liars
