As of now, this company is a scam. I ordered a personalized flask for my husband's father's day on June 1, with shipping being 3-5 days. You are supposed to enter in the date of when the event is, which is to assure us that they aware of what the event is for and it'll be sent way ahead of time. Father's Day was June 17th, I put in June 16th even though I was promised it would arrive between June 3-5. I emailed them on the 11th, asking where in the world this gift was, they said there was an issue and it would now be there no later than Wednesday. Keep in mind, my credit card has ALREADY been hit. Wednesday came and went, and nothing arrived. They assured me they were sending it overnight shipping, on them (I would hope so), and still nothing came. My husband did not have his Father's Day gift and they are now saying it's on it's way with a $7 shipping fee refund. $7??? For my husband to not have anything to open on Father's Day and for them to be 3 weeks late on shipping? We will see what happens. If the item never does arrive I will have to take this to the next level, BBB, but until then I thought I should warn everyone not to order from this company. Watch for the email [email protected]. After reading reviews on here of this same company that goes by multiple names ie: gifts forte, the gift company, impressive personalization, it looks like this company now has my cc information, has charged it and has no intent to send the gift. I am beyond upset, please find this person and help us out.
