I used Commerce Payment Group as my merchant and ran credit cards since May. None of my
visa or mastercard sales were deposited into my bank.
I have called their service department line approximately 6 times in the passed 2 weeks, after
being put on hold for an extended period of time, I left messages that were
never returned. I was put on hold for 38 minutes once, then hung up on when it was almost my turn. I emailed the service department twice, still no response.
When I finally reached the service department, they said my bank had put a "hold" on their service fees, so Commerce was withholding my deposits. I called my bank and they said, not only was there not a "hold", but they showed no attempts from Commerce to make deposits/withdrawals into/from my account.
I've contacted the Better Business Bureau in New York and still the company has not contacted me to resolve the matter. I will be forced to look into my legal options.
