My wife and I opened an account with Merchant Commerce in April. After processing a few credit card transactions using the wireless credit card terminal they provided we had some questions about their charges. When you call you will be put on hold, the call will not be answered and you will ultimately hang up.
IF you reach a human being (telephone receptionist) you will be asked to leave a message for the person you're trying to reach. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
If you e-mail them YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A RESPONSE.
They never provided us with an account number. They never told us how we could access our account information on-line. We never received a paper statement from them.in June I wrote to cancel the account and again we received no response. Ultimately we had to close our bank account so they would no longer have access to it.
They definitely deserve the postings they receive on complaints.
