I ordered merchandise from this store for my family vacation on Aug 6th and paid $9.99 shipping to have it delivered on Aug 9th. The did not even ship it until the 10th. I dont believe it arrived at my home until the 13th. At that point I was already on vacation and did not even need or want the item. They refuse to refund my shipping charges. They quality of the product was also very poor. Consumers should think twice before dealing with this company.
