Chadwicks shipped merchandise with sewing machine oil on it front and back and damage to the lace. They refuse to refund the shipping portion for sending the damaged item and the shipping it cost to return it using their prescribed label. Poor quality control. Do not buy from this company. You risk losing money. It is not a convenience and the majority of their products appear to be NOT made in the USA, but this is also not disclosed in their catalogues
