My services (three 3g phones, and one 4g table) began with Tmobile around the last week of May. Two of the phones work fine, however my phone and table do no work and can not work in my area. I began to call tech support immediately with major issues with the function of my phone and table. I was sent through one trouble shot after another. Not realizing the my "buyers remores" was running out, and it did. Big mistake. Tmobile had not accepted responsibility and says contract does not gaurantee services??? However they did offer and deliver a router for the phone and table which does not help at all. I requested our contract be desolved and I be refunded the payments for the two devices. They will not bend, even though their engineer report states that the much needed additional tower is out of budget? They must be stopped from taking advantage of customers. Please advise accordingly
