My fiancee and I ordered customized shot glasses from this company on February 2. Their contract stated that the order would be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. On February 23rd a phone call was placed to inquire into the status of the order.
We were told that the order was "in production". On multiple other occaisions we both called and were told the same. The customer service representative stated that she was "unable to enter the warehouse to check the order" and that she would call back. Those return calls never came.
On March 10 we spoke to a male who repeated our order information and stated that the order had shipped on that date by Priority 3 day mail.By March 18th we called again and received no response. On the 19th we spoke to a customer service representative who told us that our order did not exist. We made multiple calls on that date and finally were told that the order was found on the owners computer and would be put in "Rush Production".
On March 23 we received an email telling us that the order would be shipped. Upon checking the tracking number with UPS we discovered that the number provided was invalid, and again our attempts to contact this company have fallen on deaf ears. We're $196.41 in the whole with 4 weeks until our wedding and no favors for our guests.
