The Infomaion Identify the items for my car from www.expressautoparts.com online auto parts ordering service.
The parts should have been shipped in 2-5 days according to the ordering information. Two weeks went by and I contacted expressautoparts.com about my ordered, because I was waiting for my parts to be delivered to me.
I contacted the customer service department inreference to my order via email, because that is the only way you are allow to communicate with them. I recieved an automated electronic email replying to my request. Which stated that my parts was in stock and waiting to come available.
I attempted to contact the customer service for a second time about my first order (Order ID = 104208) the dept customer service inquire response rejected the order and stated that it was an invalid order number; so I contacted them on my second order and it came with a reply that it will be shipped shortly and later stated that it was an invalid order number (Order ID = 104241). Please order information below, my orders is a total of $199.15 charge to my Bank Check Card.
