Several weeks ago I called trying to decrease my monthly bill - they had two separate long distance plans on my bill. I was told that since I had phone and internet, they could offer even bigger discount by bundling.
Instead, received emails saying I had upgraded to high speed service, and they ADDED a package on that cost about $40-45. Said you had to choose one of two packages in order to get bundle.
These people do not seem to understand the concept of decreases, only increases. It is virtually impossible to even get a human - - hard to opt out of automated responses.
Despite talking separately to 2 reps, and being told I would receive an amended bill, it HAS NOT HAPPENED. Guess all they understand is when you want to discontinue service altogether.
