Wendy Kazel lies in open court, provides false statements in pleadings, makes allegations with no proofs, refuses to produce discovery, files motion after motion, files the same motions over and over again to run up legal bills in order to bankrupt the other side. Knows her client is lying and lies to the court for her client. Submits falsified evidence as attachments to pleadings that she has full knowledge or had the duty and care to find out the truth prior to submitting false documents. Makes false allegations with no proofs, When asked by a District Court Judge if her client had more then one attorney lied to the District Court Judge and said the other attorney only represented her client for two weeks, yet the evidence shows this other attorney is listed on pleadings and correspondence as co-counsel for months. Refuses to provide Discovery while requesting tons of worthless Discovery from the other side. Lies about her clients income, knows her client submitted false information on court documents. Made a statement when asked about incomplete discovery "Did you check and review what your client submitted" her answer was "NO" this attorney will lie and lie because she knows the Nevada State Bar will do nothing about her lies. Accuses the other side of Domestic Violence when they have no DV convictions but her client does and then tells the Court the opposing side has threathened her also to try and get the Judges biased. This Attorney should be disbarred.
