Horrible customer support and our purchase continues to be back-ordered for over 8 weeks and we've needed to obtain vessel times which none have occurred. No positive customer support and be prepared to delay an extremely very long time for the item. Whenever we required a reimbursement and also to return incomplete item, we were informed there will be a 25% return charge and we'd need to pay shipping. I'd highly recommend AGAINST purchase from DecorGlamour. We offered them actually feasible chance to get this to rignt but no chance.
