Terrible customer service and our order has been back ordered for over two months and we have had to request ship dates which none have happened. No proactive customer service and expect to wait a very long time for your product. When we requested a refund and to return partial product, we were told there would be a 25% return fee and we would have to pay shipping. I would strongly recommend AGAINST order from DecorGlamour. We gave them ever possible opportunity to make this rignt but no luck. Go elsewhere. Sincerely, Ben
