Customer Service - apparent scam? - service and product

I ordered a bathroom glass w / holder. Decorglamour took a payment of $121.22 from my paypal account, which was sent to doorandbath ([email protected]). Product never shipped. Decorglamour said to obtain the refund from [email protected]. The website www.bathandhardware.com is a non-entity.

I made 3 calls to decorglamour with no results. This smells to me.
