I purchased a tap with decorglamour. It did not appear and so I asked, they stated it had been back-ordered. The requested me to email them to "advise" them of my purchase. I sent them many times and 5 weeks later the tap comes. Eight weeks later another tap comes. They WOn't go back declaring the tap was sold-out. When I stated I had been disappointed and would return both taps they stated that there is a damage also it could not be delivered. I never got the tap from the container (since I aready had one). Ultimately they would like to cost me for both taps that I delivered. Good!
