Horrible customer service - Faucet

I ordered $1,500 worth of bathroom products from this company. It took them nearly a month to complete the order and the order only was completed after I followed up several times. They shipped one wrong faucet and on the day that the Plumber arrived, I had to find a supplier who had one in stock so that the work could be completed. When I notified Decorglamour of their shipping error and told them that I would be returning the faucet that they sent, they instead shipped me a replacement faucet three days later and claimed that they had now fulfilled my order. When I reminded them that this was too late, that I had paid extra to get the right faucet from a local supplier they told me I was wrong.

It has now been three months since I returned the wrong faucet that they sent and they have yet to credit me what is due. I have followed up several times and keep getting the run around. Dorian in the customer service department is unresponsive, rude and makes no apologies for any errors that Decor Glamour makes.

Pay a little more and go elsewhere, you'll be happier in the long run.
