Sad to say that I, too, had a similar and downright terrible experience with this website. I ordered $76 worth of merchandise weeks before my wedding. It took multiple angry voicemail messages and e-mails to get any response and when I did, the owner (John) was apathetic at best.in the meantime, I opened a claim with PayPal for the items not received.
Needless to say, the order was finally received—nearly a month later—and was largely incomplete with over half the items missing. The seller advised I had to close my dispute with PayPal before they could issue me a refund. HUGE MISTAKE! Unfortunately PayPal will not reopen a case once it's been closed, and now (3 months later) I can't get any response from http://scrapbookneeds.com and am unable to retrieve the $38 refund for the merchandise I never received. The phone lines are always "busy", and I can't get a response via e-mail.
