On 6/26/10 i showd up at public storage on bardstown rd in louisville, ky to wash it out. I've lost my identification but had a duplicate plus evidence with other types of identification. I told the heavt established rude loud-mouth woman at workplace this and she was rude and never good from start. Sher declined to help me because she said i'd no rpoof of who i had been. I expected her to call corpate for me personally and she said rude as well as in an awful method you call them. I'm not calling no body. E asked her name and quantity of corpate and she rejected. She didn't possess a id badge on. I stated give me corpates quantity please and so i could call them and she through some document at me which occur to ahve the amount onto it.
