I ordered a swimsuit for an upcoming cruise on the 24th and opted for 3 day shipping. My payment was processed right away but my order never arrived. I emailed custer service and received an auto-reply stating someone would get back to me within 2 days. Nothing happened so I called. The customer service line rings and then just stops. I tried the order line and was on hold for 45 minutes. Again, no ever came on the line. I even tried their "apply for a credit card" number and no answer. I sent another email as well and just got the auto reply. Not sure what is going on with this company as I used to buy from them all the time. I think they must be going out of business. DO NOT order from them! They will keep your money!
