On April 3 I contacted the Wireless MarketPlace under Quixstar to 0btain a wireless Phone from Liberty Wireless. I was charge a deposit of $109.00 and on July 14 I was sent a Samsung - 350r cell ESN # 24107065747. Order # 544606681.

After receiving the phone and following the instruction of charging the battery 24 hour prior to use I started to experience the problem of each connection it would cut off I recharge thinking maybe that it needed more time and realizing that could not be the problem I now contact Liberty Wireless about the problem.

I was told by the representative that The Battery was defected and would be relaced within five to seven working days. The battery was not dilivered and after several phone calls to Liberty Wireless went into weeks and constantly told its now ON BACK ORDER I ask to be given another phone my request was denied and payment demand each month stating I have to honor my contact.
Each month a payment of $59.00 some cents added was now deducted from my account and no battery or service because I have Know Phone.

After realizing they had know Intension of honoring there agreement I seek help I first contacted the FCC and file acomplain # 7413942 they refuse to honor any responsibility.

I now contact the Attorney Generals of New York on March with help and a big Struggle I was sent a new phone on may with a settlement to follow of 299.50 for the period of September thru January payment of useage I did not receive.

When The Phone Arrive Libety Wireless was unable to activate and again now was told to pay $38.31 for attivation after contacting Liberty Wireless I was told the billing department have not yet clear the credit to be sent out. I Paid the $38.31 to attivate the phone of which now could not be done by Liberty Wireless I constantly was connected to Sprint and was told I am not with them After explaining to Sprint That the problem was not mine Because I was sent this Phone by Liberty Wireless I was now given the Number to call Samsung to reprt the problem the promlem and at this time SAMSUNG INFORM ME THAT THESE PHONE ARE DISCONTNUED PHONES BY SPRINT THEY CHECK THE BATTERY AND INFORM ME THAT i WOULD NER RECEIVE SUCH BEAUSE THEY NO LONGER MAKE THOSE PHONES OR CARRY THE BATTERYS.

Liberty Wireless Purchase Sprints discontinued Phones and selss them to the consumers knowing they will not be able to have the service and now collect the monthly bills while the consumer have no service.

On September 28.2004 while Vacationing in Florida I started a call ond was interrupted by Libety Wireless that I have to make a payment of $39.00 I quetion why when I have yet to receive my credit of 299.66 and was told my service has been cancelled until a payment of $39.00 be made. I contacted Wireless maket place and was given a Credit approval # 1925-694 and was told to let Liberty wireless know my cret should be release thy flatly refuse I was also given this phone number 866-327-2236 to file a complaint.

Please help i am at my last choice liberty wireless have no regards for the law please ripoff help me! Help me you're my last hope.
