I wish I had researched HSG Code Blue before letting them into my house. Our complaint is very similar to the other report filed about this company in May. If your insurance provider, which in this case is West Best Insurance in WI, sub-contracts out work to this vendor, Do Not Let Them In Your House!
The work that was performed could have been done by my husband and myself for a lot less money. Even when we started to complain to West Bend and Code Blue about the bill, their answers were extremely unsatisfactory.
Refuse to do business with Code Blue. You will be better off in the end.
