Signed up and took the AHA approved CPR/AED class on 7/7. Upon successfully completing it, everyone in my group received a letter stating our participation.
However, the letter stated "BLS for Healthcare Providers." I asked if there was a mistake and was told not to worry and that the cards would take a while to be sent: Due to the new AHA requirements new cards would be available asap. (In retrospect...).
No-one at Code Blue answers the phone or responds to e-mails!
I called AHA of NC this morning and was told that Code Blue is not on their provider list.
Other than Rippoff Report, there is a heated discussion re. This matter on facebook. I have reported Code Blue U. To the BBB a few minutes ago.
