Do not use blue cross blue shield for your insurance coverage. You will waste good money and put out more after you pay your premium. If you are looking for a supplement for medicare call an independent agent from another company and get the facts.
Blue cross employees just tell you whatever comes to them when you ask a question. Not trained correctly and don't care but it will cost you more money. They don't care and will not fix mistakes. Do your homework and leave this company to the people who don't care how much they pay.
Dr's don't like them because of payments problems. Too many companies that appreciate your business use them.
