I was billed $171.23 for 4 phone calls supposedly made 12/30/03 and 12/31/03 to the Cook Islands. Not only do I not know any one in the Cook Islands, I had to look up where they were! The time they were made 12:22 am and 7:10pm. I was at home alone and there were no phone calls made. I have made attempts to contact the company and have been told their customer service email address is no longer in service. A phone call to the 800 number got me no where!
