I purchased 2 phones at walmart. Two days later my husband added another phone to the plan, for our 14 year old.
She didn't like the phone, so my husband told her "you just don't get one then" He returned the phone the next day.
The associate did not deactivate the phone! I went to pay the bill the next month. The Company still charged me for 3 phones. I went through the process again trying to cancel the third phone. The company told me they would credit my bill the next month but I had to pay the full amount or my phone would be turned off. I paid the full amount.
This month I am again charged for 3 phones. I return to walmart again. Now I still have to pay the full amount and e-mail the company to try to get a refund on my own. They said the phone is active and I probably won't get a refund.
What can I do?
