I signed up for 2 years with Joiphone in June and ported over my home and business number which I have had for over 20 years. At the end of June, both numbers went dead. No one can reach me. Joiphone is "looking into it" for THREE WEEKS now! They are unable to forward calls or put a recording on the numbers so I am cut off. My business has taken a nose dive. Friends are calling my neighbors to find out why my phone doesnt work. A company this incompetent should not remain in the phone business!
